The whole board
Every Premier League club is in the pool
All 20 clubs, every player at each of them, priced against the rest of Europe rather than against each other.
Who actually scored
The Premier League players worth owning
Everyone reading this can name the top ten Premier League scorers without looking. That shared knowledge is worth exactly nothing when everyone acts on it — the whole league is priced efficiently precisely because it is the league everyone watches. The edge here is not information. It is knowing which three English players are genuinely worth their price, and spending the rest of the budget where fewer people are looking. Ranked by points returned last season — no editorial thumb on the scale, and every number read straight out of the game's own pool.

Where the value is
The players below all cost £5.5m or less and all started regularly. A squad that fills its bench and its fourth and fifth defenders from this list is a squad that can afford two of the names in the table above — which is the whole trade every manager is making, every week.

How to use this league
Keep your favourites. Add the rest of Europe.
You do not have to choose. Take the Premier League players you would never sell, then fill the rest from La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga or Ligue 1. The squad rules are the only limit: 15 players, £100m, three per club.
Three, not eight
The instinct of every manager arriving from Fantasy Premier League is to fill two thirds of the squad with English players and treat the rest of Europe as a garnish. It is comfortable and it is the most expensive habit in the game, because English players carry a familiarity premium that the pricing model does not care about.
Three or four Premier League players, chosen properly, and the budget that frees up buys you the best of two other leagues. That is the trade this whole game exists to offer.

Questions
Fantasy Premier League, answered
Should I just fill my squad with Premier League players?
You can, and most new managers try. It is the most expensive way to build a squad, because familiar players carry no discount and the whole league is priced efficiently. Three or four English players and the budget spent elsewhere is the better-performing shape.
Is there a fantasy Premier League game in English?
Yes. Fantasy Football Europe covers all 20 Premier League clubs and 589 Premier League players in English, with the same rules as Fantasy Premier League. You can build a squad entirely from Premier League, or mix Premier League players with players from the other four of Europe's top leagues in the same team.
Can I build a squad only from Premier League?
You can. Last season the best legal XI drawn only from Premier League cost £84.0m of the £100m budget and returned 1880 points. Most managers use a league they know as the core and fill the rest of the squad from wherever the value is.
How many Premier League players are there to choose from?
589 in total across 20 clubs, of whom 313 played enough football last season to be worth owning. Prices run from £4.0m to £11.3m.
Is it free?
Yes — free to play, no entry fee, and it runs in any browser with nothing to download.
